Schneider Family Dentistry offers several financial options to work with your budget. Our goal is to make excellent dental care attainable to everyone, and we never want insurance or finances to be a barrier to receiving the care you need. Payment At Time of Service

Schneider Family Dentistry expects payment at the time of your visit for all charges owed for that visit as well as any prior balance. If you are not able to pay the total amount due at the time of checkout, you will be required to pay a deposit and we will set up a payment plan for the remaining amount (a deposit and a processing fee are required).

Insurance

We submit claims to all insurance carriers as an out-of-network provider.

You will be required to pay the ‘patient portion’ of your treatment at the time of service and we will submit a claim to your insurance provider. You will receive reimbursement from your insurance carrier according to your plan agreement after the claim has been processed. If there is a remaining balance after insurance has been applied, we will bill you. If you are not able to pay the total amount due, our Billing Manager will work with you to set up a payment plan (a deposit and a processing fee are required).

Patients or their legal representative (parent or guardian) are ultimately responsible for all charges for services provided. Dental insurance is a contract between the patient and their insurance company. Our involvement is only to submit and monitor claims as a courtesy to our patients.

Financing Options

We work hard to keep our fees fair and reasonable. In-house payment plans as well as financing options through CareCredit® and LendingPoint are available.
