Schneider Family Dentistry offers several financial options to work with your budget. Our goal is to make excellent dental care attainable to everyone, and we never want insurance or finances to be a barrier to receiving the care you need. Payment At Time of Service
Schneider Family Dentistry expects payment at the time of your visit for all charges owed for that visit as well as any prior balance. If you are not able to pay the total amount due at the time of checkout, you will be required to pay a deposit and we will set up a payment plan for the remaining amount.
No Insurance? No Problem!
A courtesy of 10% will be applied for patients who do not have dental insurance.
Insurance
We submit claims on your behalf to all insurance carriers but we are out-of-network with most.
Out-Of-Network
If we are out-of-network with your insurance provider, you will be required to pay the full amount for your visit at the time of service, and we will submit a claim to your insurance provider so they can reimburse you directly after the claim has been processed. If you are not able to pay the total amount due at the time of checkout, you will be required to pay a deposit and we will set up a payment plan for the remaining amount.
In-Network
If we are in-network with your insurance provider, you will be required to pay the patient portion at the time of service, and we will submit a claim to your insurance provider. We will bill you for any amount remaining after co-payment or co-insurance. If you are not able to pay the total amount due at the time of checkout, you will be required to pay a deposit and we will set up a payment plan for the remaining amount. Our billing staff will assist you in determining what is covered and in attempting to resolve any appeals.
Patients or their legal representative (parent or guardian) are ultimately responsible for all charges for services provided. Dental insurance is a contract between the patient and their insurance company. Our involvement is only to submit a claim as a courtesy to help our patients.
Financing Options
We work hard to keep our fees fair and reasonable. In-house payment plans as well as financing options through CareCredit® and LendingPoint are available.
